Background: Gingival recession is a condition where the root surface of tooth exposed due to migration gingival margin and junctional epithelium in an apical direction. The problem that patients often complain about aesthetic problem, especially if occurs upper anterior teeth. In addition, can also cause dentine hypersensitivity exposure was previously covered by gingiva. One treatment options for with free autograft surgery. Purpose: goal this article explain how manage therapy surgery Miller Class III recession. Case: A 29-year-old female patient came RSGM Airlangga University complaints front teeth at lower jaw. last scaling took place 6 months ago. does not have history systemic diseases, such as hypertension diabetes, allergies either drugs or food. Case Management: Based on examination has been carried out, option Miller's class region 41 agreed be autograft. Conclusion: coverage autograft, procedure increase width attached
